The 6th ICRMCE Conference

The development and maintenance of a sustainable built environment have become crucial in today's world as we strive to mitigate the environmental impacts of human activities and create a healthier and more resilient future. In efforts to achieve this goal, several key aspects need to be considered: policy, design, construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance. These interconnected elements play a vital role in shaping the sustainability of our built environment. .

Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Sebelas Maret University collaborates with Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Mataram University will organize the 6th International Conference on Rehabilitation and Maintenance in Civil Engineering (6th ICRMCE) on July 4 - 5, 2024 at Lombok Raya Hotel, Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). The conference's theme is 'Policy, Design, Construction, Rehabilitation, and Maintenance for Sustainable Built Environment.' The objective of the ICRMCE is to provide a forum for researchers, academicians (professors, lecturers, and students), government agencies, consultants, and contractors to exchange experiences, technological advancement, and innovation related to policy, design, construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance in the civil engineering field. For your information, the ICRMCE conferences were successfully held five times in 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018, and 2021 respectively. Please kindly check https://sipil.ft.uns.ac.id/icrmce05/ for further details. Those events were attended by hundreds of researchers in different areas of civil engineering, i.e., material, structural, geotechnical, transportation, and construction management from all over the world, to present their papers.

To broaden this upcoming forum, the committee of the 6th ICRMCE offers some institutions as university partners. Some universities (in this country and overseas) are willing to participate as a partner in this event. They will support the conference by assigning invited speakers, submitting/presenting papers, and nominating reviewers. The partners will also be provided with free for displaying the institution logo on the backdrop, seminar kit, and conference website.
