Expected Attendance

Participants were expected to attend and present their papers at this conference are 200 people from various backgrounds, such as professors, lecturers, professional engineers, consulting engineers, and post-graduate students from Indonesia and all over the world.

City Tour

After the conference, the committee provided a city tour of some interesting places in Mataram City and the beautiful beaches on Lombok Island. Participants can register separately and pay additional fees from their expenses for this tour.

Conference Exhibition

During the conference, the committee provides some booths for exhibiting the related product and advanced technology to infrastructure rehabilitation and maintenance in civil engineering. The material suppliers, construction firms, engineering consultants, government agencies and the university's research center are welcomed to participate in this conference exhibition. All inquiries about the exhibition should be directed to the conference secretariat.

Call for Conference Exhibition

The 6^th ICRMCE's organizing committee invites enterprises and institution to participate in the exhibition. Detail of the conference exhibition is as follows:

Booth space	Each both has a space 2,5 m x 2.0 m
Exhibition fee	IDR 15.000.000 per booth
Location	To be announced
Basic item of each booth	Every booth is provided 1 table, 2 chairs, 220 V of electric power (additional items will be considered upon request)
Benefit for exhibitor	The name of exhibitor will be introduced in opening ceremony
	The name of exhibitor will be listed in conference program and proceeding
	Every exhibitor will receive 1 invitation letter (conference ticket) for attending the conference, dinner and excursion
Location of Exhibition Booth	Location of each exhibitor’s booth will be decided by ICRMCE Committee
Application procedure	The prospective exhibitor shall complete the attached application for ICRMCE exhibition and submitted to the committee before date of application deadline.

All accepted papers will undergo additional selection for inclusion in either Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering or Non-Scopus Proceeding with an assigned ISBN. The information regarding a publication (in the Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering or proceeding with assigned ISBN) of a paper, will be stated in the LoA to be sent to the author. Authors are allowed to submit papers a maximum of 8 pages each.
